Web-based data management system:  SmartCheck QualityManager® (SCQM)

To meet all above mentioned requirements was our motivation and commitment during the development of the SmartCheck QualityManager®(SCQM). The basis of this system is a web-based data base platform, the modular components being applicable in a broad variety of business areas.

 

 

SCQM Data flow

 

The basic principle of process workflows involving  the SmartCheck QualityManager®is summarized below:

 

  • Identification and labelling of objects or workflows with barcodes or RFID tags
  • Data acquisition with mobile or stationary data logger („SC MileStones“)
  • Data transmission to the web-based database platform SmartCheck QualityManager® (GPRS/GSM/SMS – data transfer using the mobile network)
  • Data can be monitored, depending on specific user rights, using a common web browser (customer, service provider, regional project management, etc.)
  • Data processing using the web data base
  • Data transmission to any administration software located at the customer (transmission protocols or interfaces to SAP, Lexware, etc. are available)
