Employing the module TimeLine of the SmartCheck QualityManager®(SCQM TimeLine) and the corresponding mobile and stationary devices (SC MileStone family), time recording, management of working hours and the active control of staff is simplified in a fascinating manner.

 

The Web-based systems are applicable to enterprises of each scale and support primarily data logistics of peripheral organizational structures, because the mobile and the stationary data loggers SC MileStone can be combined in any order. A time sheet can be generated even for the smallest property according the provisions of the “dispatched workers law”.

 

The recorded working hours are transferred fully automated to the data base and then are transmitted to the pay slip system of the customer via interface. A manual operation is to be omitted avoiding mistakes in writing or transmission errors.The system allows the target-performance comparison of the actual presence of staff and the automatic information via SMS or email of responsible persons, if defined presettings are not kept. This feature helps to reduce the response time significant.
