Maintenance and surveillance of residential buildings and commercial properties are subjects to specific regulations. They are geared to prevailing jurisdiction and therefore are subject to continuous change. The system helps to survey a multitude of regulations – constantly held up-to-date, independent of the localisation of the customer and optimized for practice.

The synergy of the information data base of QVS comprising text of laws and of the data acquisition and management systems of CADNET and ServiceControl allows for handling documentation of liability for premises in a closed system, if desired, masterminded by a customer-owned ERP-system.
