ServiceControl ProTec GmbH (Gesellschaft für Programmier-Technik und Softwareentwicklung mbH),  a 100 % subsidiary of ServiceControl AG, is responsible for development, operating and support of the web-based data management platform. 

Furthermore, SC ProTec GmbH is responsible for interface programming to external data base systems located with the customers.An additional task is the routine maintenance and surveillance of the database platform.

A special competence of the staff members of SC ProTec GmbH is firmware programming and the integration of hardware components into system applications.
